The Managing Editor is in charge of the improvement and application of The International’s editorial policy as well as the revision of grammar, content, and style.
Duties
- Improve the editorial standards of peace journalism.
- Determine the editorial policy of each section of the journal.
- Verify facts, supervise publication choices, and maintain the objectivity of each article.
Competencies
- Open-minded.
- Highly analytical, critical, and innovative.
- Keen to receive criticism and work for improvement.
In-depth knowledge and experience in the fields of international relations, philosophy, conflict resolution, journalism, or editing is an important asset.
